ARAMA Queensland
Inc. offers all stakeholders in the Management Rights
industry, the opportunity to join our association. The following describes
the qualification for these membership types: |

A Practising Member:
owns and operates management rights covered by the
Body Corporate and Community
Management Act 1997 and is licensed under the
Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act
2000 to operate a letting business.
If the management rights are owned by a trust or company, the person
applying for membership as a Practising Member must be a trustee or director
of the trust or company and appointed as a delegate.
Additionally, the person, in the opinion of the branch committee, is
bona fide. |

An Associate Member:
is a person who does not own management rights but has a kindred interest in
promoting the industry. Employee
managers can apply for Associate Membership.
Additionally, the person, in the opinion of the branch committee, is
bona fide. |

| |
An Affiliated Member:
(or Corporate Member) is an organisation approved by the branch committee as
having a kindred interest in promoting the industry and may appoint up to
four delegates. |
