Ongoing Training Opportunities in Conjunction with TAFE

ARAMA Gold Coast in conjunction with Gold Coast TAFE has prepared a number of training programmes for members.  This training is not about licence requirements.  It is presented for resident managers and their staff who want to grow their knowledge and qualifications within the industry. 

The training will provide:

          Nationally Recognised Qualifications

          Establishment of an industry standard

          And will equipping you with the knowledge & skills to ensure the ongoing survival & success of your business 

There are THREE ARAMA Training Programmes 

Recognising that resident managers have come from various backgrounds with a broad range of skills but with quite different needs depending on their prior skills, the programmes are offered in THREE forms of delivery.  The best fit for such a diverse range of participants requires a combination of: 

          fixed "group" style

          "self paced" 

          one day "hit & run" training options  

QUALIFICATIONS available from the training programmes are: 

          Certificate IV in Business

          Certificate IV in Property Operations; and

          Non-Accredited Skill Sets Workshops

Certificate IV in Business 

This course is delivered by classroom attendance in groups of 10 to 20 participants.

Learn how to:

          Market your property to existing & new customers

          Address customer needs

          Manage your teams performance

          Ensure that your workplace is a safe environment

          Manage your properties projects

Certificate IV in Property Operations 

This course is delivered by self-paced learning using internet resources

 Learn how to:

          Plan and coordinate property and facility inspections

          Develop your teams and individuals

          Implement customer service strategies

          Analyse your resource use in building operations

          Coordinate the maintenance and repair of your properties and facilities

Business Booster Workshops

As the name implies, these are short one-day workshops on topics that you select. 

In just 1 day, you & your staff can update skills and knowledge that can be implemented in your workplace!

          Certificate IV Property Operations – 26 week program

Cost - $1350.00 per person ($1450.00 for non-members)
