Email Stationery:
As you know, we have been using electronic stationery for some time now and would like to explain the reasons for doing so.
Email is becoming one of the most widely used forms of communication in business today.  It is fast and very inexpensive but can lack some basic business principles, one of which is ensuring that all outgoing correspondence contains ALL contact details (eg phone, fax, address etc).
It is accepted practice that traditional written communication is always sent on stationery that promotes a corporate image (logo) and displays all contact details.  However, your email messages are probably being prepared on the "plain" screen provided in your email software.  Using email stationery is as easy as using "no stationery" - and much more professional and beneficial.
QRAMA's email stationery and this electronic newsletter were prepared for us by Quality Matters Pty Ltd.  Quality Matters is offering QRAMA members customised design and development of Email Stationery for $220.00 (including GST) for orders received before the end of May, 2001 (for completion before 30th June, 2001).
Quality Matters can also assist you with some of the simple, yet very effective, marketing techniques that can be achieved by understanding and using your email effectively.
If you are interested in getting extra marketing value from your email and making it stand out from the rest, we suggest you contact Diane O'Shea (Quality Matters) on 07 3216 0888 or email her at di@infm.com.  Di will contact you to discuss your individual requirements.
You can read a profile on Quality Matters Pty Ltd and find out more about their services at www.infm.com/qm.  There are also some sample stationery designs on their site at www.infm.com
