Oakshield is seeking the services of two real estate certified employees who can operate the  Management Rights and sell Real Estate in a new development in central Queensland.  They are ideally looking for a “husband/wife” team to be their sales team on site looking after the display homes with the objectives of selling the homes and the townhouses as well as renting the homes sold to investors on Oakshield's behalf under a contract with the possibility of ownership of management rights or participating in selling the management rights under an incentive scheme at a later date.

The display homes will be under construction in January 2010 with a 4 months completion schedule, so there is sufficient time to locate the right candidates.
